Shipping and Handling Information
All orders for in stock product will be shipped in the order we receive. We attempt to ship within 7 business days (business days do not include weekends or holidays).
All orders are shipped via Cargo/Transport/Bus Service and will normally arrive between five and seven business days after shipment. Some items, because of weight and size, may require additional shipping charges and may take longer to arrive. Our shipping rate chart is an average; we will notify you if there is a difference in your shipping charges prior to shipping.

- Purchase Order Copy
- Payment Swift Transfer Bank Advice
- Dispatch Instruction on Letter Head indicating nearest Sea Port details
COD charges will apply according to current COD rates and policy.

Delivery charges may be extra depending on the locations.
How do I place Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) order?
All items that have the “Cash on Delivery Available” icon are valid for order by Cash on Delivery.
Add the item(s) to your cart and proceed to checkout. When prompted to choose a payment option, select “Pay by Cash on Delivery”
Once verified and confirmed, your order will be processed for shipment in the time specified, from the date of confirmation. You will be required to make a cash-only payment to our courier partner at the time of delivery of your order to complete the payment.
Any damaged shipments must be reported to www.parmarcabletrays.com immediately for proper claim handling. Our contact page has our contact information.
